We do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to provide premium quality products.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. Customer will be required to return the original product in order to start the reimbursement process. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Trackbuilt.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, trackbuilt.co will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
